Busy day

Today Bryce and I started out by taking both kids to the park.  Wes loves running with his daddy, it is very cute to watch.  He would say "1,go" skipping 2 and 3.  The boy loves to run, and mommy loves having him release his bundle energy.  After the park, whole family went to Costco and bought groceries, amazing how you can't leave there without spending a hundred dollars or two!

This evening during bath, Wes got to use shaving cream on his body and he loved it! A little bit messy but worth his smile.  During the bedtime routine, I noticed his gained more and more vocabulary.  We were working on his reusable sticker book and he said "pig" and "dirt" meaning the pig was in the dirt.  In another incidence, I said where should we put the apple, he said, "no,no apple" because it was "tomatoe" 

Miss Ari loves getting carried around the house, if you sit down she cries! But she is a smiley and giggly baby.  When she is content, she will smile and giggle with you. Especially, when you sing to her or recite a nursery rhyme.

What a morning!

Crime: Locking mom inside Wes' bedroom

Wes locked mom in his bedroom while she put away his laundry.  When I was ready to put away the clothes I found that the door to his bedroom was locked.  It was 8:30am.  Then at 8:45 we made contact with neighbor across the street, KK was able to call Bryce, but he was away from office on field work duty.  Then she called locksmith for us. He came at 9:30 and we were rescued around 9:40.  What a morning! 

He did do a cute thing, we were kicking balls and I was holding the baby, and he said baby ouch.  So I put the baby down and we played a game with the balls.

Aahh...

ARi  is sleeping and Gong gong took Wes to the park.  For the last 26 minutes, I've been doing absolutely nothing.  I suppose I could go to work early, but why would I want to do that?? I will enjoy this while it last....having Gong here is a load off my shoulder.

During this morning, I thought about  how we really need to have a schedule.  Just like school. Because there is a lot of time I'm thinking what am I going to do with this two year-old kid? Also, wasting precious learning time.

Wes' Adventures

Oh boy, My boy is growing fast!!

Today while I was getting lunch ready, you put the pororo dvd into the computer all by yourself.  Yesterday, while sister was crying, you went over and rubbed her head and try to shush her.  It was very cute.  How fast my boy is growing.

After the rain last night, plenty of yucky worms were out during our walk and guess who had to explore everything!

Also, yesterday we returned to Molly's house.  You had no problem staying in her house because there were plenty of toys to play.  Mom was a little sad leaving Ari.

Nice Spring Day

Today at 9am Wes, Ari and Sadie and I all went to the park to play.  We are getting into our morning routine.  As I were in the park with them I thought about field trips we can take next school year. With me not working, we can have a lot of real world expirences.  I can only Sub on fridays.  The rest of the days would be consistent.

Lazy Saturday

Again, Wes woke the whole family up at 5:30am.  Love the kid but he has been an early riser lately and we are not thrilled.  We can't just let him run around aimlessly in the home, while we sleep.  Bad idea. So instead we all wake up with him.

This afternoon during his nap, I did not lock his door. So Wes open the door and said "uh-oh" and then shut the door and starts knocking.  Very very cute.

New words: House, bird, horse, and lots more.

 Miss Ari is doing well.  She is getting use to being in the Bumbo.  She can also get out of it too.  She loves playing peek a boo and being cuddle.  Right now she eats about 5-6 times a day and has a bath every other day.  We love our little girl.
