Good Morning to You

Got a wake up call from W, he said "Mom, let me tell you something, you forgot my diaper last night."  I said "Well go and change your pants."  He said "I already have new pants."  Apparently, he wet himself last night but was able to change his own pants on his own.  In previous years, he would be crying in the middle of the night, being wet and cold.  He solved his own problem. Awesome.  He is so ready for night training.

A woke up as usual and saw that I was just in a t-shirt, she said "Mom, your pants full down." Kids are so cute.

Easter Egg Hunt Craziness

Waited for 30 minutes, actual candy picking time 2 minutes. She was happy with her 4 candies and even picked up 5 more candies for another little girl. The grandpa was saying to A, wrong basket little girl.
Very happy to see the excitement of all the people and candies.

Picked candy up for another little girl.

W got  a bloodied nose from another girl who knocked him over. Should have guessed putting him in the 4-7 category, rather than 1-3.  Lesson learned. He is a brave, strong little boy. Even with a bloodied nose, he still picked up 20 or so candy in his bag. I love him bery bery much. The end.

Typical day at school

School Lunch

Teacher Appreciation Days

Easter Weekend

Another work day for us, but the kids at Ms.Linda will have Easter hunt activity. It is nice of her to do that for the kids.  IT is completly extra out of what she does.

At work I have been spoiled with 4 days of free lunch by room moms, cafe rio, kneaders, zupas, and others.  Snacks and 40 gift card. Wow. What a difference from being a stay at home, where there was no recognition, no community.

Daddy's Preschool Talk

Today's lesson was about Plants of the Mojave Desert. It just so happens that B's specialty in science is just that. He taught the kids the concept of "mutualism" or how animals and plants work together and help each other. 20 minutes was just right. According to Ms.Linda, he did a great job!

 Showing seed samples.
 Listening and interjecting daddy.
His little girl didn't want him to leave. But appraently, grumpy for the rest of the day.
