Sushi Kids

For variety I took the kids to try sushi tonight. First time ever with the two of them in a restaurant. It started out hairy, because the boy missed his nap and was awoken from his car nap. He was crying loud and it got the girl going since she realized we were at a new place. I ordered quickly, and minutes later our nice server brought miso soup and rice for the kids. Funny, as soon as they saw there was food, both calm right down. While w prefer only miso and rice, a ate the above and four or five sushi rolls. For dessert the server even brought us 3 scoops of ice cream. For 31 dollars, I didn't have to worry about cooking or cleaning up. I'm happy about that.
